A slightly sweet and steamy sugar syrup is poured over our rich chocolate cake. Once all the syrup has been soaked up, we liberally flood the top of the cake with a sticky, finger licking caramel coating. Vanilla and caramel truffles, each carefully hand-rolled, finish off the cake.
