Syrup Cake Range
This range comprises of some of our best sellers. The deliciously moist cakes in this range all have two things in common.One, they are all generously soaked with a steaming hot sugar syrup creating the most decadently moist cakes you have ever tasted. And number two, they are all baked in a traditional Bundt pan.
Each cake has its own unique flavor profile owing to both the flavor of the sugar syrup as well as the decant topping. For the history enthusiasts among us – Bundt cakes derive their origin from a European cake called Gugelhupf which is a popular in certain countries such as Germany, Austria and Poland.
In Germany, Gugelhupf is known as BUNDkuchen (“kuchen” meaning cake).

Our rich chocolate sponge is hand-doused with a hot, mild brandy flavoured syrup. The cake is then draped with a milk chocolate coating and topped with home-made vanilla and chocolate truffles. One slice will not be enough.

Caramel Chocolate
Bundt Cake
​
A slightly sweet and steamy sugar syrup is poured over our rich chocolate cake. Once all the syrup has been soaked up, we liberally flood the top of the cake with a sticky, finger licking caramel coating. Vanilla and caramel truffles, each carefully hand-rolled, finish off the cake.
